Abstract:
The internship report based on An Evaluation of the Job Satisfaction of HAESONG (BD) LTD. This study is the result of my internship program ran for the past three months placed at the HAESONG (BD) Limited. Job satisfaction is the feeling of fulfillment or enjoyment that a person derives from their job. The Study shows that employee job satisfaction largely depends on job security, promotions, salary system, working environment, career development opportunity, feedback from supervisor, relationship with senior management, balance between work and life, bonus etc. The sample for this study was the current employees of HAESONG (BD) LTD. Printed questionnaires were distributed among 20 respondents and all the questionnaires have been collected and taken as the data for the study. Despite differences in opinions made by the employees of the organization on what the study was conducted, the study shows that employees are not satisfied with their job objectives.
This study finds some problem of HAESONG (BD) Employers and Employees. This Organization has limited Career growth, Poor Management, Unsupportive Boss, salary is not provided on time, training and development program is not effective, motivational problem, and work and life balance, etc. This problem to come back HAESONG (BD) LTD that why I have some recommendation. This recommendation for Employees job satisfaction. This recommendation is keeping the organization employees and reduce employees’ turnover and it will help to make higher productivity, revenue. HAESONG (BD) LTD has to increase their internal capacity. An organization boss and employees have to be friendly and helpful.
