Abstract:
An internship is a Procedure for professional training for professional careers. The internship
the mechanism as an interchange of services for skill between the student and his or her company.
Internships are also helpful learning skills for students and almost essential for any graduate.
Companies are demanding that graduates have "real world" knowledge and internships are one
of the finest methods for students to get that involvement.
