dc.description.abstract The dynamic condition and globalization has brought about a consistent weight on the associations to continually change their structure, procedure and creation, so as to develop to survive and maintain them. Organizational innovation has been perceived as a significant imperative instrument for organizations to compete in the competitive environment. They intend to focus on higher value-added activities such as developing new goods, processes and services in order to sustain competition on an ongoing basis. Moreover the companies have recognized the necessity that new methods, services and procedures be implemented. The core objective is to identify HR practices and assess their role in organizational innovation. By drawing on a wide scope of advancement research and writing, an essential structure or model is proposed to help with recognizing open doors for by and large development improvement. Innovation training should not be limited to the Research & Development Sections but should be cultivated all through an organization. en_US
