Web Based Committee Management System

Abstract

Due to the current situation for any organization uses web base sites are more valuable for reached the goal. We reached the appropriate and successful alliance of technologies but the previous ten years period made a big gap between the technology and the support of our teachers. For engineer students and teachers, we should establish a convenient way of communication to develop their skills and experiences. For research, plan and study literature search is a key step in performing good and clean research. It involves a systematic search for studies and gains a clear report of study identification. The purpose of literature review is for provide foundation of knowledge, gaps in research, conflicts in past research; examine the state of current knowledge of any engineering students. Our project is a web committee management system for university, organization and others corporate company. The university management will access to web application portal to manage, collect and update all data online. It provides the facilities to connect all committee members in a shortest time. This site is allowed open to all the teachers and students who are connect with group activities. All the members, convener’s personal information and contacts are able to find which are valuable for making any committee. This management system identifies for suitable place in save time and maintains a lower cost also. This committee management system is a smart online application for a suitable place of university, organizations and other group activities.
