Abstract:
Customer segmentation is very important for online businesses like e-commerce. To grow a business
a person should understand their customers very thoroughly. That’s why customer segmentation
is very important. It is also part of Business intelligence. This research is about clustering
customers into groups. We made e-commerce for farmers where customers will sign up and
from there we collected the data of the customers for the segmentation. We used unsupervised
learning for the segmentation. K Means algorithm is used for the clustering. Using the clustering
we can get an idea about our customers. Farmers can understand how much they should produce
every year. A businessman can also make off and coupons for their customers easily and which
customer will need which ads. This research will help to run an e-commerce business very efficiently
with 94.44 % accuracy.
