Abstract:
Beximco Pharmaceuticals Limited is one of the leading pharmaceutical companies in Bangladesh which is one aspect of the Beximco assembly. Beximco Pharma has become the leading pharmaceutical company in Bangladesh to ship drugs to the United States' largest pharma market in the world and has been confirmed by the US Food and Drug Regulatory Authority (FDA). So far the company has made an impression in more than 50 countries and gained a reputation for making quality medicines. For my internship program, I had the opportunity to work for the parent pharmaceutical company. I was confined to the corporate administrative center of Beximco Pharmaceuticals as an HR assistant. Beximco Pharma was founded in 1976 and began its journey in 1997 by manufacturing items under the license of Bayer AG of Germany and Upajahan Inc. of the United States in 1960. The company holds a tough position in the pharmaceutical business considering its development and effective exhibition. The report relies heavily on the An analysis of Recruitment and Selection process of Beximco Pharmaceuticals Limited (BPL). This three-month internship program has allowed me to learn new things and come together to deal with what will happen. The human resources department of BPL is on the path of all achievements. For any organization, the HRM category is important because they usually try to adapt to constantly evolving conditions. One of the most notable processes of HRM is the selection and hiring of the right people for the right situation in the organization and the development plans of the organization about what will come are to strengthen the work in the homegrown market and the incremental pieces of the pie in general. Beximco is very concerned about their selection process and tries to recruit a skilled person for the right situation in this serious industry. In this report, I have tried to illustrate the BPL selection and enrollment process, the reality of the HRM process, how it works with the help of individuals in the human resources department. Thus, after my perception and testing, I had several suggestions for improving certain methods of the process that could make BPL more productive in hiring new people.

This report is based on my four-month internship program. As an internship future venture, it encourages me to learn and work in the real corporate world. It’s a momentary encounter that encourages me to understand the working environment situation, how the association works, what they need from their representatives. During my internship period, I worked as an HR Assistant at Beximco Pharmaceuticals Limited where I identified how the human resources department works and transformed it into an aspect of the recruitment and selection process.
Human resource management as a department in an organisation handles all aspects of employees and has various functions like human resource planning, Conducting Job analysis, recruitment and conducting job interviews, selection of human resources, Orienting , training, compensating,Providing benefits and incentives, appraising, retaining,Career planning, Quality of Work Life, Employee Discipline, black out Sexual Harassments, human resource auditing, maintenance of industrial relationship, looking after welfare of employees and safety issues , communicating with all employees at all levels and maintaining awareness of and compliance with local, state federal laws.
