dc.description HRM or Human Resource Management has an important role in almost all segments of business departments. If any business face sudden sabotage it is HR who supports analyze, and solve problems to get over the loss. There is always a strategy vision & mission for the organization. HR is placed with activities with organizational goals and development. HR considers effective management and enhances people's skills. HR wants to ensure sustainable growth and the constant process is on its way. Production and effective management cannot be significant without strategic HR. HRM is most ordinarily described as a system of activities and techniques that concentrate on successfully managing employees in any respect levels of a corporation to realize organizational goals (Byars & Rue, 2006). As research suggests, there is always a strategic view with HR, and it persuades with a sudden technique that deserves effective performance and organizational goal. HRM is the strategic process which integrates with training, retaining, hiring, selecting and development process. In other words, (HR) are those who write down policy and procedures use strategic plans to confirm the proper people are hired and trained for the proper job at the correct time. As a field, HRM has undergone many changes over the last twenty years, giving it a fair, more critical role in today's organizations. dc.description.abstract This report “Review of Human Resource Management” is the glance of British American Tobacco Bangladesh which wants to introduce several tobacco-based products in the market. Pursued by various secondary data of research of this company, we have Demonstrated HR definition, objectives, recruitment policy, Financial Statements and HR basics. The objective of this report is to know their outstanding features of management and distinguish characteristics and policies of BATB. Moreover, we have focused on the detail of how BATB recruits employees from a global perspective and region, polycentric & ethnocentric policies. The operating context exhibits their emphasis on environment, trading and consumer satisfaction methods. BATB evaluates and identifies the best opportunities with every sector it integrated. The financial statement has demonstrated how BATB has impacted with net profit, revenue and expenses with recent year statements. We have also discussed recent years chart to align with Net profit and expenses. After all, BATB selects, orient, manage and train employees not only for their organizational satisfaction but also for society. BATB values and imitate HR as a “Human Being” by providing an enhancement in their rights, creativity, skill and knowledge. en_US
