dc.description.abstract This internship report is a regional requirement for the Masters of Business Administration. As a part of the internship program of Agrani Bank Limited. During this three-month internship program, I have learned a lot about the training and development process, how to identify work lacking conditions of employees how to employee worked and maintain requirements and how to motivate a client in any situation, how a bank gains their profit. These reports compose two major parts as The organization part and the learning part. In the Organization part, discussed company’s management perspective which includes Historical Background, Mission, and Vision, The goal, management system and Employees performance analysis. In the learning part, Discussed the employee performance appraisal of this company on the basis of different methods and performance analysis and training are arranged for the staff as per the work requirement. Employees are properly trained through the use of advanced technology. Agrani Bank works with plans so that they can work properly. Due to this vision and success, Agrani Bank became one of the top banks in Bangladesh. en_US
