Abstract:
The Convention on the Rights of the Child is the enlightened, living document that enriches the
attainment of dignity and self-fulfillment in addition to the rights of every child.”
“Simply put, the rights of children are the human rights of children. Every child has rights
regardless of age, caste, gender, wealth, or place of birth. These rights are bound by international
law in the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC). It recognizes that all children must be
treated fairly, equally, and with dignity. The laws of the Convention on the Rights of the Child
are discriminatory and always best for the child. According to the CRC, all children should grow
up in a spirit of peace, dignity, tolerance, freedom, equality, and solidarity, and all nations have a
responsibility to uphold these rights under UN law”.
