dc.description.abstract Now Cyber Bullying is not a new thing in the world . It becomes a serious crime in the cyber era. With the enhancement of technologies, it is exacerbating day by day in the world. It contravenes a heap of human rights. There are relationship between cyber bullying and human rights. It is inter-related to each other. In some cases when cyber bullying is committed, then some human rights are violated for the cyber bullying. Right to life is one of them. At present, adolescents are the most sufferer of cyber bullying. They are always connected to the technologies. That’s why they become victim of cyber bullying. There are some communication apps which is the mostly used by the adolescent. Whatsapps,facebook, Instagram, Browser and so on are social app on the internet. Adolescents easily take photo at anywhere. Obscene photo, videos , statement are posted on the internet and some social media which is very bad effect on the adolescent psychology. Cyber Bullying is only committed for humiliating adolescents in the society. Adolescents cannot tolerate such type of cyber bullying and they commit suicide at last. They are induced to commit suicide by the perpetrator. They are not willfully to commit suicide. It is clearly murder, not suicide. In this way, Cyber Bullying violates human rights which is right to life of adolescent. en_US
