dc.description.abstract Online teaching-learning in most of the private universities at outset and later in public universities in Bangladesh has recently raised debates based on the weaknesses and successes of the system. Education at university level aims to enlighten the students in his/her personality and profession. Simultaneously wronged education fails to reach the goal. This paper shows the causes of and solution to the weaknesses in online education in university level in Bangladesh with a view to enriching the system and preparing our “Education Management” to uphold any instant initiative, if needed, in situations like pandemics in future. This paper also focuses on the successes of the system for inspiration, encouragement and motivation among the people concerned. Conformed to qualitative methodology this paper deals with the findings based on recommendations, critiques, suggestions, class observation and class conduction. en_US
