dc.description.abstract | Real time monitoring and over usage notification system are prerequisite for developing awareness about proper usage of electrical energy. In this research an IoT (Internet of Things) based device and a unique apps have been developed that can monitor and notify consumers about their energy consumption and the device can be set both in household and substation. If power consumption in a certain locality is high, every user in that area is warned about imminent load shedding due to overload. The users can also see their up to date electricity bill through the app. | en_US |
