Abstract:
The main objective of the project is to create an application that would retrieve grievances
with descriptions, pictures of the situation, or different urban issues. The module would
improve good communication/interaction between the public and city management. The
application which contains pages about a user must be dynamically developed based on the
user ID and the password and the collection of information pages. The system works to
better administer the building site or handle urban waste and thus eliminates human
authority. This system doesn't need to keep many administrators. Citizens and managers
will be happy with such a system. As Dhaka City Corporation began its quest for the
development of digitalized the whole city, Smart Complaints System will help to serve
some issue in the daily life of the city. This will help to protect public rights.
