Academic Care Coaching Management

Abstract

The academic care coaching management system is a web-based application. This program allows students, teachers, officers, and guardians to interact with their education, examine their results, attendance, and view courses, as well as pay their fees using an online system. The primary goal of "Academic care coaching management" is to create a system that is beneficial to both students and teachers. It will be a platform that allows students to view their results at home and take their required classes from home. Here, the teacher can conveniently record entry and attendance. Students can simply pay money using Bikhas, Rocket, and Nagad via this online method. My project is Academic Care Coaching Management. The first question that comes to every person’s mind that is why I want to make this project? Because there are so many things like that. I am telling now a short story. There are many of us who like to spend time with family, just like that one day I was spending time with family. There my brother was making a note of something in the notebook. Out of curiosity I asked him and he told me about his institution. After listening everything I want to build a web system for him since I am a student of software engineering. Now the question remains why make this system? This system allows students to take the required classes at home, they can see the result of their test while sitting at home, there is a new thing in this system, Guardians are not aware of their children's results, this system that allows them to view results news. If you want to pay online, you can pay at home; you don't have to go outside or to the bank. A very nice thing it is! They are safe in the house during this, as they are our future, from here; we are able to improve the quality of education. Besides, our country and nation are being protected. Since we are leading a very bad time. For these pandemic situation students are not able to go to their institution. This online system has been created to safely maintain the quality of their education in this epidemic. So that I decided to develop a website that will manage the academic coaching centers. The target user of ‘Academic care coaching management’ is the teacher, student, officer and Guardian. This application is developed in such a way that the student and teacher will be benefitted in many ways.
