dc.description.abstract | A healthcare monitoring framework based on the Internet of Things (IoT) is proposed. Several sensors are used to collect data from a patient's different health parameters. The collected data is then uploaded to the cloud. The data stored in the cloud will be made available through a mobile application. The doctor will be able to monitor his patients’ health condition on 24/7. The doctor can monitor the patients’ health information and will get notified through a mobile app when any patients’ health deteriorates and make related medical decisions by analyzing the data stored in mobile applications from the wearable device. By this system the patient will be able to take proper treatment on time without physically meeting with the doctor. It will also be easy for a doctor to give suggestions to his patients immediately and doctors will be able to monitor several patients at a time. The safety of the patient’s information will be ensured. | en_US |
