Abstract:
Damex Digital is a Canada-based Digital Marketing Agency providing top-notch marketing
support to local small and medium businesses. They specialize in website design & development,
classified ads, and other sort of marketing activities.
Damex Digital has an offshore office at Bangladesh, and majority of its operations are managed
virtually. Without an office, managing HR and making sure they’re working to their full capacity
could be a difficult task.
In this report, I’ve talked about the HR Practices at Damex Digital, including the roles of HR in
staffing, implementing workplace policies, employee retention, learning & development, among
many others.
The HR department at Damex Digital monitors the work done by the employees using quantitative
and qualitative analysis to justify their impact on Damex Digital. If the performance is above par
and that their contribution brings organizational success, the HR department ensures proper
compensation; either monetary, appreciation or some other benefits.
Lastly, we will discuss the strategies implemented by the HR team, and the areas with scopes for
improvement before ending the report.
