Network Management and Security System of SMG SOFTECH Limited

Abstract

This Internship on “Network Management and Security System of SMG SOFTECH Limited”,Nowadays network have spread out from local area network to wide area network. With continuous growth of the networking, security is one of the major issues need to take into consideration. It has opened the door to learn how the security issues can be taken into consideration in a establish networks. To reach the main goal, a detail study has been done for entire network system of SMG Softech Limited. As the SMG Softech Limited network is growing fast, it demand to overcome some serious limitations such as security ,load balancing, traffic congestion and so on of existing networks. In this practicum work. an idea has been developed to overcome these limitations. After explaining the past, existing, and proposed design, a performance study has been done by using well known packet tracer software namely "Cisco Packet Tracer". It has shown that proposed network can overcome the problems of existing network.
