dc.description.abstract In the 21st century digital lifestyle in a smart city, security is one of the core ingredients in order to ensure the digital continuity. For ensuring money, premises and personal belongings safe and secured from unauthorized person this project is conceptualized. This proposed project titled "A Smart Face Recognizing Offline Lock" a system developed for protecting assets using digital system. Although this system works even without Internet that means a user can use it through offline by an android application. The system will furnish a complete security solution and making disabled to access for unauthorized people. Prohibited access is strictly controlled through the design of this system. The system stores images of users and only authorized person will be granted by this system. A user can register his image through an android application to unlock his locked device. The proposed system is implemented using Python programming language with OpenCV. As the realm of this research model, image detection are classified, and 94% accuracy are achieved which can obviously secure our principal things. en_US
