dc.description.abstract The title of the study is “Analysis of HR Policy and Practices in Fabrica Knit Composite Limited”. In this report I have tried to give an overview of the HR Policies and Practice in Fabrica Knit Composite Limited which continued for three months. I have tried to portrait my internship program through this report which includes how I had to carry out different managerial functions to complete the job task and attain the desired goal. The report covers the how employees and workers of RMG sector are trained, compensated and recruited. Even though it is not one of those huge companies where the information is easily accessible, I tried my best to cover those in this report. Finally, it says about my findings and recommendations for Fabrica Knit Composite Limited which I think they should consider enhancing business performance and increasing the employee productivity. en_US
