Abstract:
Artificial Intelligence had made a revolution in our all aspect of life using machine learning
techniques. It helps to understand hidden pattern of data and hence improve businesses. As a result, it is now widely used in analyzing customers preview to understand the behavior or demand of themselves which can beneficiary to any business owner. The aim of our research is analyzing customer reviews given in Bangla language. In order to conduct our research, we have first collected data from different online sources those have focused on food services. Later, these data were preprocessed adopt with six machine learning classifiers namely Multinomial Naïve Bayes, Random Forest, Decision Tree, Support Vector Machine, Extreme Gradient Boosting, K-Nearest Neighbors. Out of these KNN outperformed all other classifiers with an accuracy of 65%.
