Abstract:
DCL-HRM offers a flexible human resource management system for small and medium
sized organization , allowing organizations to manage the employee's personnel lifecycle,
from onboarding to termination.
DCL-HRM contains a full suite of applications for HR management, including core
administration, timesheet management, recruitment, performance evaluations, leave
management and many more. DCL-HRM can be implemented on a local server or cloud,
and it can satisfy the demands of businesses in various types of industries, including real
estate, banking, pharmaceuticals, insurance, education, and others. It allows multiple
groups of users to have different levels of system access and permissions. The PIM
feature enables companies to record personnel information in a manner appropriate for
auditing and reporting. It also includes capabilities for managing staff departures and
keeping track of time off requests.
