Every firm, institution, and even restaurant now has its own online application for task management. However, the majority of the applications are paid, and small businesses and organizations may not be able to afford to utilize them due to financial constraints. One of them is house rental applications, the majority of which are available online and charge a fee. These programs frequently overlook critical functionality that a website need. As a result, we propose a web tool that can assist with property rentals without incurring any costs. Apart from that, open-source projects are becoming more popular since developers may improve the application's reliability and strength. As a result, we created this house-renting application, which will have all of the functions that a house-renting application may require. As a result, both the owner and the renter profit from this application with minimal effort. A chatbot and an AI-based cost manager with a search engine will be implemented in the future. As a result, both stakeholders may obtain critical information via conversing or utilizing search engines.
