Human resources development is an important tool that adds value to an organization and is a
necessary part of organizational functions. Therefore, this report is a task assigned as a partial

In this report the general work of the Human Resource Department of Local Company – Alesha
Holdings focused on the explanation. The purpose of this report is to find a human resources
development practice for Alesha Holdings. To produce this report, I worked with the HR executive
of Alesha Holdings Ltd. Spoken to collect and collect information. Alesha Holdings Co., Ltd. The
results are very satisfying, as the organizations in which the HRM activities are actually carried
out are making great efforts.
