dc.description.abstract	The internship report is an outline of the active performance I have depleted by working as an intern/cadet pilot in Biman Bangladesh Airlines. Biman Bangladesh Airlines has been chosen by me and also the company has selected me in order to complete my internship as a cadet since it is a prerequisite to work as a permanent employee. I have conducted analyses, made observations, collected necessary data and equipped myself to take on the necessary measures needed for the completion of the work. This particular report also consists of propositions that can elevate the company to a higher level.	en_US
