Women Entrepreneurship Challenges and Future Scope in Bangladesh Garments Industry

Abstract

The word women entrepreneur is now a trend word in the global economy. Most the countries of the world are now developing by their women empowerment. Bangladesh is also rapidly going in this race. Nothing comes smoothly in our life without hard struggle. Women entrepreneur is the brand name of hard working. Now-a- days women are more concern rather than men in the career field. So, it would be the next revolution in the world economy. There is a huge number of women workers are work in the garments sector. They do hard work but do not get proper respect in the society. For that reason many of the workers do not lead a happy life. This thesis paper title with "Women entrepreneurship challenges and future scope in Bangladesh Garments industry" mainly highlights the actual challenges that the women workers face, that would be solution of the problem and if we can solve the problem then it would be the game changer impact in the national GDP. In this thesis there mainly discuss about in which problem mainly faces by the women. Many of our women are now actively works for their social respect and identity. They run small business for their economic change. If we train up them then it would be a good sign for our society as well as our country economy.
