Those parts of the brain responsible for movement, posture, and equilibrium are particularly
vulnerable to the debilitating effects of Parkinson's disease. Due to the wide variety of symptoms,
not everyone who has the ailment has the same difficulties. Even while PD develops with time and
affects everyone differently, it is still a very individual illness. Symptoms of Parkinson's disease
may vary in intensity from patient to patient, and not everyone who has the disease will experience
all of them. In addition, everyone develops at their own pace. However, doctors have identified
distinct phases that characterize the development of the illness. Medical professionals all around
the globe utilize the Hoehn and Yahr Scale, which consists of five phases, to categorize patients
for scientific investigations. [ |
