dc.description.abstract The use of technology is increasing day by day. IoT is now being used in almost all sectors starting from industries. The Internet of Things (IoT) basically describes a physical object that is connected to sensors, software, processing capabilities and other technologies that connect and exchange data with other devices and systems via the internet or other communication networks. I have designed an IoT based device that can be controlled using an Android mobile application. I have created a remote button in the Android app through which I can control the power of the device. The device can be redesigned and the tools can be exchanged to deliver multiple applications according to the NodeMCU(ESP8266) chip I use. I have used Android, C++, and Arduino programming languagesto develop each application and hardware component and electronic chip. The test analysis section below discusses whether the proposed system meets its goals. The potential extensions of the system as well as the performance of the end of the paper are also evaluated. Keywords: Smart Kitchen, Gas Detection, Fire Detection, IoT, Microcontroller, ESP8266, NodeMCU, Blynk app. en_US
