Abstract:
A web-based application management system called House Rental System allows landlords
and renters to communicate more effectively. The goal of this project is to simplify for the
homeowner the method for managing their home. Many renters and landlords retain
unneeded records of every transaction they have. Furthermore, without a concrete document,
they are unable to determine the true profit or cost. Which has caused them both great
suffering. Their entire process is simplified by this system.
