Abstract

My internship's main goals are to acquire knowledge, gather data, and achieve experience and skills of the position of teaching in Bangladeshi schools. This report comprises my excellent journey's observation, expertise, learning, and facts. The importance of learning the English language is essential in today's world, because it is considered an international language. According to my internship experience, the report's purpose is to identify the advantages, weaknesses, and probable answers regarding the problems in English language teaching at the school. The report looks into the English teaching methods and strategies applied by the school's English teachers. I had the opportunity to observe the condition of English language teaching due to this internship. I selected one school where I conducted some English classes and observed some. I have chosen Noapara Government Primary School. I had no issues getting the school's approval because the headmaster was really kind. The Headmaster introduced me to English teachers after giving me permission, so they could help me accomplish my internship. I've had the opportunity to attend many classes, and I've even taught a few. But the most painful part is that English is not taught properly and accurately. As they think English is the most difficult subject, Bangladeshi students are afraid to learn it. Most often, the methods are too responsible for the anxiousness. These problems include interactions between students and teachers, the effectiveness of teaching methods, difficulties with both teaching and learning, communication skills, and more. Overall, there are many obstacles with the institute's approach to teaching languages.
