dc.description.abstract This paper is about my experience observing and conducting classes. In Bangladesh, English is our second language. So we should learn the English language and talk as much as we can. As our university authority has decided to visit schools of our choosing and observe and conduct classes, So, I visited “Pioneer School” for my internship report. I observed three classes and conducted five classes. This was a new journey for me, and I also explored some new things in this experience. While observing classes, I noticed some aspects that are important for me, like how to deliver lessons, time management, teacher- student relationships, etc. This paper is about my teaching experience, class observation, conducting classes, time management, and teacher- student relationships. Overall, my experience was amazing. I learned a lot of things through this journey, which will help me in the future. This experience will help me understand how to make English language learning more useful and easy for the students, what the best things are for the students to learn English more easily, and how students can enjoy their English language learning without any fear. en_US
