dc.description.abstract The main objective of this project paper is to present the immediate scenario of grammar use in English language teaching in secondary schools in Bangladesh and also to know how English teachers use grammar in English classes. To collect data and information about it, I have to observe four classes in a school and take two classes as a teacher. While observing the classes, I tried to find out how the teachers are teaching the use of grammar to teach the English language in the class including their teaching methods and styles, learning styles, materials they use for teaching, assessment, their behavior towards students, class situation etc. Such observation allowed me to find various limitations and in competencies among secondary level English teachers in Bangladesh as required by the checklist provided by my university attached to the report. Later, I realized after taking the class- how teachers can make the classes interesting for the students and remove their inadequacies, for which I would like to give some effective suggestions to the teachers for the positive progress of language learning in the use of English grammar and learning methods. So, I have described below in detail my overall observation experience as well as teaching experience with all necessary information and knowledge. en_US
