dc.description.abstract This report will give an overview of my practical piece of work of knowing the current situation of English Language teaching in a Bangladeshi school. I chose Kalihati R.S. Govt Pilot High School to work on my internship. It was a fantastic chance for me to learn more about ourselves and to learn more about the education system. I prepared myself in plenty of different ways depending on the elements that need to be required in teaching practicum. I observed many classes, lesson plans, innovative teaching styles, assessments, class feedback, and evolution. From this great experience, I was able to understand the present condition of teaching English in educational institutions. In my opinion, the method of teaching English in school is not very innovative. The way of teaching English needs to be changed. This report will also give some changes or modifications recommended by the intern in order to enhance English Language Teaching at the School level. According to me, students need to have proper guidelines for learning English so that it can play a vital role in their careers. en_US
