dc.description.abstract This report will give an overview of my practical piece of working of knowing the experience as an internship teacher in a Bangladeshi school. I chose Wins School and College to work on my internship. I have prepared myself in plenty of different ways depending on the elements need to be acquired in teaching practicum such as teaching style, learning style, class observation and feedback. Alongside my experience as an intern teacher, this report also purposed bringing out the methods the teachers use in the class. This report also gives some changes or modifications recommend by the intern teacher who was an intern teacher in order to enhance the English Language Teaching in school level. To conclude, this study has provided some recommendations based on the overall findings. en_US
