As a Front Desk Executive (General Banking) at Jamuna Bank Limited

Abstract

An internship is a great opportunity for any student to get some brilliant ideas about the practical field. Preparing internship reports, which increases intellectual abilities as an efficient graduate, is also a challenging experience. As part of the internship program, each student is assigned to an organization to gain practical experience. As a part of my Bachelor Of Arts (B.A) degree in English from Daffodil International University, I completed a three-month internship at Jamuna bank Limited. During my internship, I worked in various departments. But I spent the majority of my time at the front desk (General Banking) Department. In this report, I represent all of the bank's valuable clients' services. Furthermore, based on the information gathered, I have made certain conclusions and recommendations.
