dc.description.abstract This report was written to aid in your understanding of how the Front Desk at Hotel Sarina Dhaka operates. This paper included a description of Hotel Sarina Dhaka as well as the duties and responsibilities of the Front Office team members, including how to manage requests and complaints from guests. Over the course of the internship, I gained knowledge about how to communicate with and treat guests correctly. The goal of Hotel Sarina Dhaka is to make every step of its visitors' journeys brighter with cleanliness, culture, inscriptions, and attention to cleanliness. en_US
