Ideally recruiter will be able to find suitable job seekers among all. In reality recruiter gets
thousands of applications or CVs, number can be more than expected, for a single post. So, it
creates a big problem to find skilled and appropriate applicants. It takes more time to find
expected one for the job. It also a time consuming process to do such task in this digital world.
Also there is a chance to be biased for an applicant. There should be a CV sorting system which
automatically finds top CVs based on skills and other criteria. |
