dc.description.abstract The internship report shows my journey as an English language Teacher at Mostafapur High School. Making a report and conducting class is an exciting adventure. It is an excellent opportunity for us to learn more about ourselves. Daffodil International University's English Department allows me to teach at any institution. It enhances my ability to assess people and provides a platform for observation. The internship process observation based on skills, knowledge, challenges, teaching and learning methods, assessment, feedback, evaluation, and efforts, among other things. The objectives of this research highlight the instructional strategies that teachers employ in their classes. Based on the intern's findings, the research has offered some recommendations that can assist in identifying the institution's assets and liabilities as well as its strengths and weaknesses in terms of the academic program, opportunities, and resources available to it. en_US
