Abstract:
Load flow analysis may be defined as computations that define the characteristics of a power system's steady-state operating environment. The load flow analysis of a power distribution system under fault and no fault situations is proposed in this paper. Three phase-to-phase faults are used on distinct locations of an IEEE 7-bus system created with the MATLAB/Simulink platform. The obtained findings are compared to normal operating circumstances to assess the system's behavior during transient operating conditions. For comparison, the IEEE 7-BUS 3-Machine test feeder models are utilized since they encompass all conceivable realistic configurations and load profiles, such as three-phase asymmetry, single-phase lateral and dispersed loads, and so on. The results indicate the voltage and current on loaded buses with the least amount of loss.
