Abstract:
We refer to a group of networked computers that may exchange data or information as a network. If we want to increase the number of PCs and transfer data between them, we'll need some specialized PCs known as servers. There are numerous kinds of work on the network, which is why there are many kinds of servers as well. Web servers, mail servers, FTP servers, firewalls, and VPNs are a few examples. Without them, it would be hard to maintain a network because each of them functions differently.
The Linux Operating System must be installed on the server if the network is connected to the Internet and we want to secure your information. Because of this, I decided to write a report on "Server Installation and Configuration on ISP". The report included the function of a specific server used by an ISP, the hardware requirements for the server, software selection and installation procedures, step-by-step server setup procedures, and basic server troubleshooting.
