Abstract:
At first I am greatly praise to almighty Allah for successful completion of my undergraduate thesis. I want to thanks my thesis Supervisor Professor Dr. Md. Samsul Alam for his encouragement and for giving me permission to involve with electronics related thesis. I have done my thesis according to his direction. I am also grateful to my respected teachers, specially, Md. Dara Abdus Sattar in his role as Lecturer, for his assistance, guidance and enthusiasm throughout this thesis.
