Abstract:
First and above all, I would like to pay my deepest gratitude to the almighty Allah who has
helped me through all the difficulties in my life and showed me the right path. It is Allah who
has made my journey into the vast sea of knowledge smooth and easier. Then I am very
grateful to the BASIC Bank Ltd. (Bangladesh Small Industries and Commerce Bank Limited)
for providing me the opportunity to complete my internship program.
My sincere gratitude also goes to my honorable Internship Supervisor, Professor M.
MokarromHossain. Without his support and encouragement, this report would not have been
possible and such endeavor really deserves compliment. Thanks to him for giving me the
opportunity to prepare this report which I think will enhance my skills and help the practical
