dc.description.abstract Aim of these projects is to develop a network infrastructure for a private organization in Bangladesh. One of the major goals of these projects is to implement subnet concepts to reduce traffic, increase security and extendable network model. Routing protocol is taking a vital role in the modern communication networks. These projects presents a simulation based analysis on EIGRP. The proposed work for these projects is to an IP based network infrastructure has been developed for a renowned private organization in Bangladesh. This network designs in scalable, secured, effective and fault tolerable. LAN and WAN technologies are used and its collision free, full duplex Gigabit &Fast Ethernet switching LANs design is proposed for 1000Mbps &100Mbps data transmission. Point-to-Point (PPP) authentic link protocol is used for serial connection between routers. Some departments are considered as separate subnets and they are designed by VLAN concepts and this reduces the broadcast traffic using classless (VLSM) IP addressing concept. A single Internet connection (20Mbps) is shown with real IP (200.20.20.62/24) interface at the proposed design. This network infrastructure design is simulated and tested with Packet Tracer 6.0.1. Finally the evaluation results show that efficient routing approach of a network infrastructure for a private organization is providing better performance. en_US
