dc.description.abstract This report depicts the temporary job that I had done at the B.C.S.I.R High School. B.C.S.I.R High School is one of the main schools in the Dhaka. I made this report in view of my experience of witnessing some English dialect classes of B.C.S.I.R High School, and for all intents and purposes taking couple of classes of there. On that school I watched how instructors take classes, how do teachers control classes, and students comply with their instructor. At that point I got ready for a few exercises which depended on my reasonable experience of past class perceptions. I likewise incorporated this report of my own understanding of educating and input that I got from the school. Subsequent to completing the whole task I think about how to instruct and how high school teachers are instructing. The venture is particularly useful for me. en_US
