dc.description.abstract The hospitality industry is one of the fastest growing service industries that contribute a lot to the world economy. Hospitality industry can be divided into two parts: entertainment areas like clubs and bars, and accommodation. In Bangladesh the hospitality sector is growing from time to time. Business travelers are visiting Bangladesh for business purpose as a result a quite good number of hotels has been established including 5 star hotel and many are coming up for providing the best hospitality services to the guests. A hotel is a place which offers accommodation in exchange of a certain amount of money. A combination of meals and accommodation comes as a package in most hospitality establishments. Hotels are managed by professionally qualified managers. Junior workers usually maintain the hotel. Hospitality basically refers to the relationship process between a customer and a host, wherein the host receives the customer with goodwill, including the reception and entertainment of guests, visitors, or strangers. en_US
