Abstract:
This paper investigates the crucial factors that are responsible in determining the customer’s choice in the
growing competitive telecommunication sector in Bangladesh through some statistical analysis. By
investigating the service of one of the fast growing mobile companies, it addresses the preference of the
customers as well as the limitation of the service providers. Statistical significant association was tested
by tools like chi-Square test, correlation analysis, and descriptive analysis etc. to investigate the
relationship of the considered variables. The perception of mobile users has been analyzed to see the
status, problems and prospects of mobile service providers with Aktel GSM Bangladesh as a case.
