Abstract:
In the modern age business world is getting more and more complex for organizations. For being successful in business every organization should run through an efficient system like the ERP system.ERP system automates organizational activity with an integrated software application and facilitates the flow of information between all business functions inside the boundaries of the organization and also manages the connections. So to expose myself into practical work with ERP system for gaining higher confidence and strengthen my knowledge about this effective system I completed my internship in Advanced ERP (BD) Ltd.
This internship report is about “Analysis of HR module for ERP System”. The aim of the internship is
• To analyze the Human Resource Management System for ERP system,
• Collecting and organizing related information.
• Observing how an organization runs a HR department for ERP system.
In addition, the research has intended to examine when HR practices are the most prevalent across ERP life cycle.
Human Resource in ERP system allows you to compare and analyze the features, functions, and services of multiple enterprise software solutions. Vendor responses are comprehensively rated on their level of support of for each criterion (supported, not supported, customization, future releases, etc.) to ensure you make and accurate and informed decision.. Without Human Resource in ERP the organizations can not only save time and money, but also offer more reliable decisions. This is why I go for gathering knowledge about this effective system.
