dc.description.abstract | The internship report is concentrated in the real estate sector of Bangladesh. I have tried to analyze the industry as well as the company Batayan Housing and Development Ltd. (BHDL). The real estate business concept was developed in Bangladesh in the sixties decades. Eastern Housing Ltd. is the pioneers of this business. Nowadays there are more than 1111 members of REHAB and many more real estate companies in this sector and this number is growing day by day because of the beneficial profit margin of this sector. By showing plans and locations they sell apartments. For this season this product is called “unseen” product. Companies have borrowed a negligible amount of currencies from the bank. It attracts the new business firms to this sector. The industry is the transition to maturity stage of its life cycle. Again some company’s growth rates are higher than the other. This rising sector may be collapsed for some dishonest entrepreneurs. In this report I have discussed the selling and marketing process with SWOT analysis. | en_US |
