<title>A Comparative Study of AI-Generated 3D Models and Conventional Software-Based 3D Modeling Techniques: Accuracy, Efficiency, and Creative Potential</title>
<link>http://192.168.40.123:8080/handle/123456789/18127</link>
<description>A Comparative Study of AI-Generated 3D Models and Conventional Software-Based 3D Modeling Techniques: Accuracy, Efficiency, and Creative Potential
Hasan, Kazi Jahid; Abhi, Abhijit Roy; Uddin, Md. Salah
This comparative exploration differences between AI-generated 3D models and manually made models, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and production readiness. Two approaches were tested: text- and image-based AI tools (Edify-3D, Tripo AI) and conventional polygonal modeling in Autodesk Maya. A stylized low-poly war robot was modeled using both methods under the same design constraints. Evaluation considered build time, mesh topology, UV layout, editability, and suitability for animation workflows. AI tools generated results within minutes and that made them attractive for rapid prototyping. But the generated meshes showed structural weaknesses such as irregular topology, disconnected surfaces, and overlapping UVs, limiting their use in animation and real-time environments. Manual modeling required several hours but shaped clean geometry, consistent edge flow that are game and animation ready assets. From the results it became clear that there is a trade-off. The AI tools were useful for getting ideas out quickly, but they did not give the consistency required in a production setting. The manual process, although slower, gave models that were cleaner and easier to adapt. The study proposes that hybrid workflows, where AI provides initial drafts and human CG artists refine topology and details could balance efficiency with quality.

<title>Internship Report on Digital Marketing process of ACI Motors Ltd.</title>
<link>http://192.168.40.123:8080/handle/123456789/18124</link>
<description>Internship Report on Digital Marketing process of ACI Motors Ltd.
Muntasin, Fahim
This study aimed to cover the Digital Marketing process of ACI Motors Ltd. This internship report&#13;
is based on the three-month internship program I completed. As part of the program, I had the&#13;
opportunity to work with ACI Motors Ltd.&#13;
I prepared the report based on my experience at ACI Motors. This study gave me a chance to know the&#13;
ACI Motors market condition in Bangladesh. I worked with the Marketing department and gained&#13;
valuable practical knowledge about sales and marketing. At the same time to know about the&#13;
performance of ACI Motors Limited.&#13;
The report demonstrates my hard work in adapting to an environment and overcoming challenges to&#13;
understand how ACI Motors operates in the industry. I have divided the report into five parts. I have&#13;
discussed the overview of ACI Motors Ltd. It covered the organizational structure, management&#13;
practices, leadership style, and human resource planning process. It also covered the marketing&#13;
practices and MIS operations where the information about ACI Motors' digital marketing processes is&#13;
included.&#13;
Lastly, I have to say that there might be some information about the company that may not be found in this&#13;
report due to the security policy of the company as there are some specs where the company needs to be&#13;
more confidential. After a discussion about the marketing practices of ACI Motors, I have ended the report&#13;
with data analysis, findings, and recommendations along with a conclusion.

<title>Internship report on Explaining the 401k Retirement Plan: A Case Study on Data Path Limited</title>
<link>http://192.168.40.123:8080/handle/123456789/18123</link>
<description>Internship report on Explaining the 401k Retirement Plan: A Case Study on Data Path Limited
Chowdhury, Sourav
For its parent company, July Services, which has its headquarters in Texas, USA, Data Path Limited&#13;
acts as a third-party administrator. Due to the high average gross compensation in the United States,&#13;
July Services must outsource its business processes. As a result, the parent company hires additional&#13;
TPA providers to ensure the proper and effective administration of its 401(k). In contrast to what&#13;
we learn in Bangladesh, the accounting principles or procedures of the Retirement Provident Fund&#13;
(RPF) used in the United States are complex at the root level. When conducting 401(k) activities,&#13;
people in the US industry adhere to a number of norms and regulations, and it is because of these&#13;
restrictions that RPF accounting procedures have become so complex in the first place. This study,&#13;
thus, aims at explaining the retirement systems in the United States, with a particular focus on the&#13;
401(k) system in the USA. It highlighting the gaps in Bangladesh's retirement planning&#13;
infrastructure and offering recommendations for improvement. In the United States, the 401(k)&#13;
system plays a critical role in retirement savings, providing tax-deferred contributions, employer&#13;
matching, and a wide range of investment options for employees. The system is supported by a&#13;
robust regulatory framework and a high level of financial literacy, making it a model for long-term&#13;
retirement security. In contrast, Bangladesh’s retirement industry is still in its nascent stages, with&#13;
limited private sector involvement, few tax incentives, and a lack of comprehensive financial&#13;
education on retirement planning. Key findings of this report include limited private sector&#13;
participation, inadequate tax benefits, low financial literacy and regulatory gaps in Bangladesh&#13;
compare to USA Retirement Industry. Based on these findings, the report proposes several key&#13;
recommendations to improve Bangladesh’s retirement industry, including the development of&#13;
private retirement savings plans, the introduction of tax incentives for retirement savings, and an&#13;
increase in financial literacy programs. Additionally, the government is encouraged to expand its&#13;
pension system and establish a stronger regulatory framework to protect retirement funds. By&#13;
implementing these recommendations, Bangladesh can develop a more secure and sustainable&#13;
retirement system, helping individuals plan better for their future and creating a safer financial&#13;
environment for its aging population.
